I too had that issue
I've always loved art but, since I couldn't draw there was no place for me in the art world. I salivated when walking though art supply stores and wished I knew what to do with those materials.
After I got my masters with a degree in early childhood education I spent years as a teacher and a director. Even though I couldn't draw there was no reason my students couldn't learn to be more creative and I spent a lot of my energy on the creative arts in the early childhood classroom.
I loved it so much that when I left teaching to raise my family I still gave workshops teaching teachers how to give children creative art.
After a while I decided to parlay my love of art for kids into the online space and started a website for parents and teachers about creative art for kids.

In part one will get you to tap into your most basic fears and problems with creating.

We do this by using five mediums; Acrylics, watercolors, doodling, collage and alcohol inks. you get to use these mediums as intuitively as you should have as a child.
There are videos, worksheets and workbooks to help you with this as well.
Part 2
Skill Building-Get Set

Once you have unlocked your latent creativity and learned to play you will learn some basic skills.
This is a basic skills section, It is NOT a full blown art skills course.
You will learn a number of basic skills based on the 7 elements of art.
Line, shape, form, value, color and space (& maybe texture)
All the the videos come with how to and fill in worksheets to help you practice what you have learned.

Part 3
Creating-Go
Using your newfound mindset and skills we will create a number of projects using the five mediums we got to know in section one.
Even though we did create art in sections one and two.... in this section we will be creating based on the three most popular art topics.
Landscapes/Flowers and Abstracts.
Each of the topics will have videos with activities using each of the five mediums.
These are not one time projects. They are designed for you to be able to independently do these projects over and over again with different subjects. There are lots of reference materials included.

That's totally not a problem as we use very simple, basic supplies . The activities are very easy and if you are part of the coaching program you can email me with questions any time

Once the course/coaching program is well underway we will hopefully try to accommodate as many people as we can .
