Watercolor Filled Paintbrushes
(Doodling)
This is my first time joining the 100 day project. It's hashtag online is #the100dayproject. I have begun by exploring doodling. I am using all of the pens, markers and pencils that I own to explore and create expressive art. If I run out of materials I may just have to buy some new ones, but what can I do someone's gotta do it.
I started on day 2 so this post is for days 1 and 2.
I started by using my Jane Davenport watercolor filled brushes. However, when I went to link to it on Amazon they did not show up so I am linking to a different brand but, the same idea.
These brushes are filled with luscious, liquid watercolors and as you use the brush the watercolors come out.
As you will see in the video you can use the side of the brush and you can use the tip. The problem with these are that once you use up the watercolors in a particular brush you can't refill it. I guess that's the case with lots of markers though.
You can always go online to try to find the Jane Davenport ones but, I think these Arteza ones are probably just as good.
You also might like it better if you try this on watercolor paper. I used regular copy paper because I actually intend on using some of these papers for collage later on.
